India undisputedly a global superpower: South Korea
Chandigarh : South Korea on Monday said that India is unquestionably a global superpower and the G-20 chairmanship will definitely bring out its potential. The statement came from a representative of South Korea who was addressing the opening ceremony of the two-day G-20 working group meeting on the international financial architecture here.
The discussions during the meeting will be moderated jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India as well as France and South Korea who are co-chairs of the International Financial Framework Working Group. Byungsik Jung, representative of South Korea, said that the perception about this country is that India is an undisputed global superpower. He also expressed confidence in the success of the G-20 chairmanship this year. India has taken over the presidency of the G-20 on 1 December 2022.
